Allissa Obler
Allissa is the owner and director of Mudita Wellness and creator of the River Valley Yoga Festival. Join as she takes us on a co-generational healing journey of yoga and simple stretching practices for people eight to 80 years of age.

Asa Olson
Asa teaches courses on narrative and storytelling at the University of Minnesota. He will lead a story circle about farming, agriculture, and connections to the land. Join the group and share your stories on these common themes. The storytelling circle offers us a concrete connection to our storied lives. As each person shares a story in turn, a richer and more complex story will emerge. Afterward, we'll discuss the experience, the themes, and appreciate the common bonds we have with the land.

Cait Vitale-Sullivan
Thanks to the Amercian Scandinavin Foundation, Cait Vitale-Sullivan is able to join us at the event. Cait is a multi-talented musician who plays hardanger fiddle and singer of polyphonic songs. She went to Sweden to study the connection between Kulning (Swedish cow calling music) and landscape. She will be sharing the tradition of Kulning singing with of us.

Edie Barrett
Edie Barrett, is a committed Jungian, a writer, poet, and a solo exhibiting fine artist who lives on the vast open prairie, hangs clothes on the line, and rings the bell at the post office. She will explore the inner connection of species, landscape, and soul through literary art, academic research, reflection, and audience engagement.

Lindsey Zemanek
Lindsey is the owner and clinical therapist at On the Farm Therapy. The farm is part Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy with horses and part Nature-Based Therapy with the landscape and rolling hills. Lindsey will tell us about how their farm turned into a therapeutic milieu and share some of the clinical aspects of outdoor application.
